Deluxe room where we moved from the extra room. It's a good one. Clean and nice. You can hear the noise outside the window. You can hear the noise from the neighbors. compared to the extra building, it wasn't noticed anymore. extra building is quieter, room has palaces that smell. It was January 15th. It's also chilly in the room. Cond. wasn't turned on as you can see the dust in it. It was a 1-storey building and it wasn't a window but a door to the street. it was quiet compared to the main building. So, in deluxe, it's good if silence isn't the main thing. I wouldn't recommend an extra building, especially a 1-etre bucking discount on the genius. We went there, quiet. Husband broke his leg in the mountains and waited for a 3-day flight. Coffee makers and a minibar in both rooms. Breakfast is okay. staff is good.

It's a great place to stop in Venice. It's right at the exit of the train station, so you don't have to drag your suitcases anywhere else. In addition, right at the door of the hotel stops almost all the routes of passenger boats (and this is the main transport for Venice! 100 meters nearby - a ring bus, ends here from the mainland. Given that the historic center of Venice is not a huge space, there are no difficulties to visit the sights. rooms are located in two buildings. main one, of course, is beautiful and status. We lived in an additional building. There is no reception, there are advantages: right next door to the supermarket (which, given the price tag for a general meal in Venice, is very relevant and useful), stop of some boats is not just next door, exactly five meters (! from the exit. We had a big room (even too much). One bathroom was bigger than the standard two Asian rooms. We had a mini coffee machine (a compliment from the hotel) in the room with a small stock of coffee and tea capsules. Meals were not ordered, because they left very early, so we can not assess the quality of breakfasts.
A little embarrassing was the smell in the lobby of our additional building - like an insect treatment.

Very nice hotel beyond our expectations. Good location. clean. view from the window. breakfast is good. rooms are new clean. There is a coffee maker.very convenient to get to the center as well as to the station, port, etc. There is where to walk near the park a lot of cafes and souvenir shops better buy souvenirs here is much cheaper especially Murano glass.near a large supermarket can all buy groceries, etc.Hotel as a 5 star hotel.
Well, if it's not a big deal. There's not a lot of noise outside the window. There's a canal next to it and boats run until 1:00 a.m. and from 6 a.m. But I didn't hear and my husband said. I wish disposable slippers were cheap but nice...

Location is beautiful! It takes just 5 minutes to walk from the station with a suitcase (the hardest part is crossing the bridge that is not designed for suitcases). The room is spacious, clean, the bathroom is full of girls' accessories. The room has a safe, mini-bar and TV (without Russian channels). Cleaned every day. There is a beautiful Murano glass chandelier in the room :). Around the corner from the residence there is a large grocery store and several stops of vaporetto.
The main hotel building is excellent, but if you choose to stay at Residenza Parisi, be prepared that it is a separate building 200 meters from the hotel. The view from the window is a brick wall. The room is very dark. The reception phone did not work (according to the administrator because of the flood). Room service did not work for the same reason, so I had to carry a kettle of tea myself from the main building to the residence! This is something unimaginable for a hotel of this level.

A beautiful hotel, fantastically located, right on the vaporetto, and if you are by car, their parking is also highly recommended! Sometimes you see people with luggage walking around the whole city. But not here! Give the key and visit the city. Extensive breakfast.
It is not cheap. But you get value for money.

Beautiful, old world style rooms, lovely wall paper, tiles, woodwork, and great views of the Grand Canal and the Alps. Customer Service was excellent and immediate. Integrity of staff was of the highest quality. Breakfast buffet was nice.
The price was a bit high in some respects.

Had comfortable and best possible location right next to water taxis to take you in to the city, a walking distance from Papadopoli.

excellent location, in front of plaza roma where the bus, train, and car rental was. we came from a cruise and easily walked a few steps to the hotel. A lot better than lugging our luggage on the vaporetto. There is a grocery just next door. Rooms were surprising spacious and so were the bathrooms!! Breakfast was good, too.
no internet in the hotel rooms

Breakfast buffet was very good - cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt and bakery with window tables overlooking the Grand Canal. Excellent location with a 2 minute walk to the station and beside the Pt. Roma vaporetto stop, with lots of little eating places nearby.
I found one of the receptionists somewhat unhelpful and the other 2 extremely helpful/polite. I had to point out that the shower did not drain away, so it flooded the bathroom floor. The toilet also had running water all night, although it wasnt noisy.

The breakfast was generous with a nice View to the canal, included butter, fresh bread, jam and eggs. The location was easy - really close to public transport facilities. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Santa Croce district.
